    I was new to gouggs.com,and I was not entering my gift card correctly so I called customer service.The man who helped me got everything right,the first time with no hassles or problems.My experience on the phone could not have gone any better,and my boots arrived just when promised!And by the way, I love my new boots!

    I am a sneakers kind of girl so I was excited but hesitant to try these boots out. They look really cool - a little dressy and a little tough, and are pretty comfortable for being boots instead of sneakers!
